LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MATTIE LEE JEANETTE WIGGS CARLYLE

STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF JENKINS

I, MATTIE LEE JEANETTE WIGGS CARLYLE, of said State and County, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others heretofore made by me.

  1. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a Christian Like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life.

  2. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay, by my executor, hereinafter named and appointed.

  3. I give, bequeath, and devise to my daughter, Lessie C. Griffin, the amount of five ($5.00) dollars.

  4. I give, bequeath, and devise to my daughter, Celestine C. Hurst, the amount of five ($5.00) dollars.

  5. I give, bequeath, and devise to my son, Kirby Carlyle, my son, Bobby Swain Carlyle, and my grandson, Vince Carlyle, all my other money, (Checking or savings accounts and etc.) to be equally divided between the three of them. This is to be theirs absolute and in fee simple.

  6. I give, bequeath, and devise to my son, Kirby Carlyle, all of the remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever located to be his absolute and in fee simple. (This includes my home and the furnishings in it, and also my car.) It is my wish that Kirby allows my grandson, Vince Carlyle, and my granddaughter, Lee Carlyle, to live with him in the house if they need a place to live.

I hereby appoint my son, Bobby Swain Carlyle, as the sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I confer on him power to administer my estate, excusing him from giving bond or making return to the court.

This 15th day of May, 1989.
